2. Payment = Retail price with Forex+ handling fees (10%)+ SGP local postage + EMS shipping cost from Japan.
3. There will be 2 collections for paymet. 1st is the retail price and handling fees, next is the postage and shipping cost (to be collected when package arrives Singapore).
4. We exercise sharing of EMS shipping cost base on the total weight of the itmes you purchase. (Estimation 100g=200Yen)
5. No refund & no changes are allowed once you've placed an order.
6. No refund is allowed if you decided not not pay for the EMS shipping cost and neither you'll receive your items.
7. Local normal postage or pay extra $2.30 for registered article. I will not be responsible for lost mail if you opt for normal postage.

10. Pay & send me email to place your order. Email should inclue BANK TRANSFER REFERENCE CODE & your postal address.
11. It may take up to 3 weeks from the time of consolidating a spree to package arriving our shore.
